BASAL By Soph was born from my personal journey, just like yours, through a time where I battled with my body. I became fixated on achieving the "toned" look, convinced that working out more and eating less was the key to results. Spoiler alert — it wasn't. With a decade of experience and four certifications under my belt, my passion now lies in liberating others from this draining cycle. Together, we'll break free and discover a sustainable path to lasting wellness.

The BaSal method

This is our most exclusive one on one program where you will work directly with a certified coach. At some point in our process (different for each individual) there will be a focus on three essential phases - Metabolic Priming, Cutting, and Lifestyle Maintenance. These three distinctive phases are what set us apart from other online fitness programs. No quick fixes here. Our approach is designed for those who understand that lasting change requires a solid foundation and a commitment to long-term results. Expect customized nutrition guidance, a periodized lifting program, weekly check ins, and a lot of work.

We stray away from one-size-fits-all nutrition guides and allow you to choose a path that best complements your unique metabolism. We empower our clients to build a strong foundation FIRST (mentally, metabolically, and physically) before jumping into a quick fix. This is the difference between Basal and other dieting guides - we build your base THEN we execute.
