At some point in our process (different for each individual) there will be a focus on three essential phases - Metabolic Priming, Cutting, and Lifestyle Maintenance. These three distinctive phases are what set us apart from other online fitness programs. No quick fixes here. Our approach is designed for those who understand that lasting change requires a solid foundation and a commitment to long-term results. Expect customized nutrition guidance, a periodized lifting program, weekly check ins, and a lot of work.

I begin with a Metabolic Priming Phase (Reverse Diet) - a nutrition plan that helps you increase your metabolism to support any history of metabolic damage.
I will personally guide you through the process of fueling your metabolism properly so that your body eventually feels safe letting go of unwanted body fat. After this phase your metabolism is working more efficiently and you are able eat PLENTY without restriction, excessive weight gain, or the need to binge.
Once you are metabolically healthy (this can take up to 4 months) we can THEN go into a Cutting Phase. This is only once you've been consistently compliant in your metabolic building phase and your stress/body/digestion has reflected metabolic success - you have then earned the right for a fat loss phase if desired.
My last phase, Maintenance, will teach you how to live life in your new body without gaining the weight back and restricting your food intake. These 3 phases - Metabolic Prime, Cut, and Maintenance - are the key steps to setting you up for the results you've been waiting for.

In this process, you will develop a better understanding of food, portion control, and what it really means to eat to support your movement, metabolism, hormones, digestion, and mind. My goal with each client is to provide you with a metabolism supporting approach while still working towards a better version of yourself. This is NOT a quick fix. To do this, my coaching protocol takes time, which is why my 1:1 coaching is a 6 month commitment.
