Say goodbye to plateaus with our science-based, periodized training program. This structured plan includes 2 upper body and 2 lower body days (a 4-day split) within a 6-week mesocycle. (If you prefer a 2 day or 3 day split, we explain how to use the program to do). At Basal, we prioritize ongoing education, meaning you can trust that our program evolves in line with the latest research and scientific advancements. As science progresses, so do we - and so will your program.

Not only does each movement include a detailed form video but the app will also keep track of what you lifted the week prior. Our private group chat offers 24/7 support and provides a space for you to ask any questions. You can even submit form videos and our certified coaches will send you a detailed response with tips to improve your form. Additionally, we regularly post about Basal meetups.

The Basal Membership offers two options for your daily workouts: the commercial gym program or the at-home program. Both are progressive, periodized, and results-oriented. While the at-home and gym workouts target the same muscle groups, the movements differ to suit each environment.
For the at-home program, you'll need an incline bench, dumbbells, a pull-up bar (available on Amazon), and resistance bands. Upon signing up, we provide direct links to the exact equipment you'll need.

Going to the gym can be scary with the unknowns on how to do certain exercises or how to use certain machines. When you sign up for a membership, you have access to our video demonstrations like the one below to walk you through each exercise in both the gym and home programs.

LOCAL BASAL BADDIES
UPGRADE YOUR BASAL MEMBERSHIP BY BECOMING A “BADDIE.” OUR IN-PERSON, 5 week PROGRAM FOR GIRLS IN THE MSP AREA.
Not only do you get access to the Basal membership for FREE, but you get to train IN PERSON 1x a week in a small group setting (3-4 girls). It’s giving “personal training” without the 1:1 price tag. The 5 week program runs at $350 and this includes: weekly in person training sessions, access to the fitness app that will track progress, a periodized lifting program that can be completed outside of your weekly session, nutrition courses including cutting/reverse dieting/maintenance, Progressive Overload breakdown, Basal Hangouts around MSP, and access to the Basal Community platform.
